Construction Day 200 December 16 The painters continue on the exterior applying the 2nd and 3rd coats of color. |
TRIVIA: We broke ground 19 months ago. The Empire State Building was built in 16 months.

Construction Day 197 December 02 Brian is applying the last of the exterior sealer to the stucco since the exterior painters are scheduled to start on the 11th. Inside we are still "cutting in" the drywall primer. |

We are doing the "cutting in" and have completed the kitchen and the bar area. We are looking at days and days for painting. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

Construction Day 194 November 28 Today, we started putting the primer paint coat onto the interior walls. Daniel does everything from 5' and up and Brian does everything from 5' and down. |

Construction Day 193 November 26 Brian is working on the second floor deck. Daniel is making architectural drawing for quotes on shelving, tile and solid surfacing.
