September 12

Brian is finishing the last area of exterior stucco to be sealed on the house.  Dan has finally gotten off his ass and is helping.

Brian has completed sealing the stucco all the way around the garage.

Brian is still constructing and installing the jams around the windows.

Brian has finished the rigid insulation and is working on the jams of the windows to prepare them for drywall.

Not much has gotten done lately because of the rain and Dan's lack of interest and poor attitude.

Still putting up rigid insulation.  We are also starting to work on the wood extensions around the interior of some of the windows.

August 30

Brian sealed the exterior stucco on the rear of the garage, and we finally finished the rigid insulation inside the house.  Now, we have to start with the rigid insulation in the garage.

The picture shows the side door of the house with the insulation completed around it.

We hired a handy dude to finish some projects that required a little more skill and ability on a ladder than we wanted to do ourselves.

The picture is of the electrical closet (in the pantry) that needed to be framed out with a shelf for the bi-fold doors installed.

So, the soffit over the front door is complete, the soffit on the sides of the house have been improved, and some walls inside have been widened.

Brian is applying more sealer to the exterior stucco.  Dan is painting door frames and doors.
