Construction Day 100 May 13
The shingles for the roof were delivered and should be installed tomorrow.
The garage roof passed inspection and the house should pass tomorrow. |

We passed the Mechanical inspection. The Inspector was impressed with the job the A/C installers did. The framers are still working to finish the soffit over the front porch. |

Construction Day 99 May 12
The electricians are back and continuing to run wires. The framers are putting up the soffit over the front porch. The dry-in inspection for the garage roof is scheduled for tomorrow. The roofers will complete a small area of flashing on the house and the house will be ready for inspection, too. |

Construction Day 98 May 10
The facia across the front is complete and looks really good. The soffit above the porch is going on next. The electricians are still running wires and installing recessed lights. There is a lot of wire and lights. |

FINALLY!!!! The roofers are here and the roof is being "dried in" and all the flashing is being installed. The metal drip edge is also being completed. Fuck you, Paul. |

The framers are finishing up. We are having them replace a lot of the facia and soffit installed because it looked like shit they way they installed it. | ||

Construction Day 94 May 2 The electricians are running wires and installed the recessed lighting. The A/C installers are almost finished. The photo shows looking up to the oculous and second floor ceiling from the rotunda. Visible is the ducting for air conditioning and the copper cables run for the lightning rods. |
